Cranial Grounding
Reduces Heat buildup by -6% and increases weakspot damage by +4% for 3s on chained weakspot hits. Stacks 5 times.

Ranged hits add 4 stacks of bleed to enemies.
Surgical
+10% Critical Chance for every 0.3 second while aiming. Stacks 10 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.

Description
Havoc ready and lore accurate build.
Bolt Pistol is a decent weapon now, unlike bolter or flamer it's pretty fast, so you can deal with snipers, gunners, flammers and bombers, for everything else you have relic blade. Perks is optional.
Relic Blade MK II is better for elites but you can use MK X if you like it more, perks and rampage is mandatory, but you can chose wrath instead of cranial grounding (imo it's worse).
Forget about Blades of Faith, with a Bolt Pistol you simply don't need it, but Immolation Granades are a very useful thing that can save you and your team when things get hot.
