This build is extremely powerful and fun on any difficuty (including Havoc 40)

Optional perks that can be changed without losing the essence of this build:
- "Weight of the Lex" + "Go Get 'Em!" Keystone -> "Man and Cyber-Mastiff" + "Target Neutralized" (very cool perks that help you keep your toughness)
- "Monstrosity Hunter" feels really great (especially at high levels) but you can change this and "Street Smarts" for something else 
- Underrated passive "True Grit" a great choice if you have a free point
- "Engage" Ability Modifier is probably the most optional thing here
-  If you choose "Man and Cyber-Mastiff" it's important that your doggo is always nearby, so either don't choose keystones at all (preferably, free point) or choose Unleashed Brutality.
