Divider

A build made with the same understanding as the Flamer one on Price, FotF increases fire rate of weapons while it's attack speed buff is up, this lets you just DUMP a mag of Infantry Autogun into an enemy and absolutely shred them. Inexorable Judgement makes that dump even faster, letting you just lightning drop anything you want with bullets, especially if they are close range. 

I take a bunch of the dodge increases as well, but as this build doesn't have second wind/nearly any toughness regen beyond FotF (which itself isn't up as much due to needing to get backstabs), I take Retributors Stance to make up the difference and keep the thoughness flowing in as you proc Judgement over and over. 

Chain Axe is a fall back along with Immolation Grenades for Ad clear.
