70-100% Critical Weak Spot Damage.
A build centered around just 'bullying' the enemy with the bully club, now fully edited with the new tree. Only thing about this build that annoys me is 'it just wants one more point'. Unlike the Pickaxe build that actively doesn't want Beat Them Back, the Bully Club thrives with it, as it's able to get heavies off super quickly and do massive damage while still having full access to quick bleed by just 'slapping the enemies around'. As such, after much deliberation and playing around, I decided to drop Trample. One can also drop 'Can't Hit Me...Again', but I just love that DR to much, it helps so much in getting out of gunner lines or being able to thin said gunner lines before the melt you. So I keep that instead, especially since this build isn't able to take the extra 15 toughness either, and just function off of not having Trample. It isn't super helpful to have anyway, given you most of the time get around 4-16% damage increase, and only see the BIG numbers when it's just a bunch of small enemies anyway. Against stuff like monstrosities, you're pretty much just functioning off the attack speed amp regardless, so it isn't a huge loss. Beyond all that, just 'the standard melee set up' at this point. Drop 'The Best Defence' because Confident Strike is goated, take Dedicated Practice to make pulling out the Heavy Stubber not suck, and then grab No Hurting Friends! because it's just one of the best talents in the game and I'm not sure why more people don't use it. Just free DR and damage all the time always. Infinite cleave from heavy hitter (which the Club sourly needed and helps it a lot), actually good attack speed, and Bruiser because getting to charge every 14 seconds instead of every 26 is really nice, and getting rewarded for charging big things/gunner lines is still nice even if it's not 'instant recharge'. With this set up, you can '4 bonk' a crusher really fast with a 'light heavy light heavy' combo on their dom. You can also 'slap, light, heavy' to do MASSIVE damage and one shot most things that aren't crushers, since you 'butter them up' super fast before finishing them off. This being the main reason I take Thunderous, as it lets you 'fast charge' all your heavies while still destroying everything. You can heavy into light the wave for a horizontal into a diagonal light, or you can light heavy the wave for a horizontal into a strike down heavy. Gives one a lot of options, which I like so that's why I use this bully club over the others. Beyond that, just one shot basically anything with the stubber to the dom/sometimes even to the body, and do massive damage to monstrosities when headshotting them too. I take Steady Grip as 'pox burster insurance' is really nice to have and I just enjoy not having to care while picking off gunners/maniacs with the stubber. And yeah...really good build! Functions super well, even if it's forever 'missing a point'.
