One of my many variations of an Inferno Staff build, this one in particular is focused primarily on getting max stacks of Warp Siphon and 'holding on to them for a bit'. As such it's only cooldown bonuses it gets are from Warp Siphon itself, which doesn't feel all that bad really. There are many other spam heavy variants I use, but when I just want to spew high damaging flame at my enemies, this is the build I use.Utilize a Greatsword VI for dealing with armored targets the fire doesn't already melt, and for knocking things away if things get harry and to much stuff gets on to you at once. Also feel it's important to point out, the intention is still to shriek whenever you need to/want to for damage, as you can get back up your Warp Siphon Stacks super quickly. You just don't need to do it ALL the time, just when things are getting to close and melting them feels important.
