12.5-20% Critical Chance for 6s on successful Dodge.
2 Shots on Critical Hit. 2-5% Ranged Crit Chance.
Gain between 3.5-5% and 14-20% Critical Chance based on current level of peril.
Press 2 and use Secondary pretty much the whole time. You don't need to fully charge Secondary 95% of the time. Just get to blasting anywhere between 20-60% charge time. Aim for heads obviously.
Stay at back line and in choke points, and you can clear hordes and blast through Elites. Be dodging. POSITIONING IS KEY otherwise it's a fairly mindless build.
Secondary knocks down or suppresses basically everything but bosses. Blitz if you really need to hit a specific ranged target otherwise just let it proc when it does. Use Blitz for bosses when you have EP charges.
Use Ability to protect allies and block as many ranged as possible. Keep it up as often as possible.
Swap Overpowering Souls to Bio-Lodestone if you want. You'll be at full EP all round anyway.
Swap Battle Meditation for Kinetic Resonance if you want to use Blitz more.
Swap Illisi Sword for Dueling Sword if you prefer it's moveset.

Adjust Curios as needed. I recommend dropping any of the Regen Speed perks if you do need something like Damage Reduction.
