3.5-5% Strength for 3.5s on Hit. Stacks 5 times.
You can Hipfire with this weapon while Sprinting. 6-15% Close Damage while Sprinting. Also reduces weapon spread at all times by 30%.
10% Critical Chance for every 0.2-0.35 second while aiming. Stacks 10 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.
I wouldn' call it a "rework." Huge buff though. What I've been using before the update is what I'm using now and will probably continue to use pretty much forever. There really is just something satisfying about killing like 20 guys per swing that keeps me from finding value in the other ogryn archetypes.
I'm still super weak to anything with a ranged weapon. Whenever there aren't melee guys to fight, I'm struggling. Still. FS hinted at possible reducing ranged enemy spawns to equalize more with melee spawns. I hope theyactually do that.
Impactful isn't that good, but damn if it isn't fun to hit mobs into space. Plus no additional damage nodes affect breakpoints, and I'm plenty tough, so why even bother getting something meta-ish. I'm not taking steady grip,I know a lot of people really like it, but I can never find a situation where hiding and bracing my gun is possible.

Overall, its a great step in the right direction. FS really needs to look at the blitzes, PBB, and gunner defense/balancing before I'd call it a rework rather than an overall buff. Ogryn doesn't feel different to play, the meta hasn't changed.
