Description
This build focuses on deleting priority targets while playing in the mid and back lines. With dueling sword with dodge refresh allows us to kite hordes and uncanny strike gives us anti-elite with our melee. The plasma gun allows us to delete mass armor and have instantaneous range damage for far-away targets. Your main role is to snipe specials, crushers/maulers, and gunners, giving your team the breathing room needed to do their jobs properly. Make sure to tag elite and specials to give your team a 12% damage increase and since we take grenade regen you can let your zealots and ogryns have free reign over grenades. Survivalist will give the team passive ammo which goes well with ogryns weapons. Use VoC when you need to add damage to your attacks or to give your team gold toughness to tank sniper or mauler overheads or get yourself out of a rough spot. Shredder frags allows us to stack DoTs with pysker and zealot flames for additional DPS against bosses and make for a great horde clear for revives. Since you will be killing a lot of elites/specials and your average auric match being around 30+ minutes you will always be stocked on nades.
Additional Tips:
- With a plasma gun always use the left click as you will rarely if ever need to charge up the plasma gun(you will also not blow yourself up as the gun wont let you left click while nearing 100%). You will be one or two shooting must enemies as the heat goes up.
- Keep killing specials to keep VoC cool down low
- Keep killing specials to keep your toughness regen high through confirmed kill
- Use your melee if enemies are in your personal space or to one shot mutants on weak spot hit. Don't neglect your melee
- If a pox burster is pushed after it tries to suicide, tag it quickly to give your team the 12% damage boost
- Since you will be the one the team doing most of the shooting(generally) feel free to grab ammo. Don't neglect your teammates however if their ammo icon shows up as red, orange, yellow. A well-stocked team is an effective team
- Do not grab grenades as you will always be regening grenades. However, if you're last alive or the situation is truly desperate, go ahead.
Notes:
If you want to drop "Focus Fire" and "Redirect Fire" and put those points into "Field-Improvisation" and "Rending Strikes" that's ok. But I normally dont run Field-Improvisation as it can only be used 4 times per match(two med crates and two ammo crates) and in pubs most zealots run Beacon of Purity which gets rid of corruption and knives. Also, most high level teams manage their ammo and nades pretty well. Rending Strikes is kind of overkill and uncanny strikes from your dueling sword is more than enough to one or two tap a crusher and plasma has high crits and damage as your heat builds up. But if you are struggling then go ahead and take it.

TLDR:
- Always keep tagging elites and specials to keep the damage bonus for your team going(Do not BIND your tag key to attack, you will be kicked from games for this. Rightfully so.)
- If your tag is at 5 or 8 stacks tag bosses and watch your team melt the boss(rumbler ogryns happy!)
- Snipe specials/elites
- Don't take nades as you will always have them
- Don't neglect melee
- Use VoC when you need damage, mobbed, or your team needs regen.
