Typical gun psyker, just my preference for weapons and stuff.

 

Melee: Illisi Force Sword. I love this sword. Everytime I try another weapon I can't seem to stick with it, so I come back to ol' reliable. You could do a Force Greatsword here, any other force sword, devils claw (Although you *will* struggle with carapace if you do so.) are all great options here as well.

-Warp splitting gets silly with this thing. Pressing F turns you into a veritable lawnmower, without having to charge the blade

-As for the charge, I only tend to use it on carapace. I chose Ilisi cause I do not like the sticking of the other blades.

-Blessings I just chose what I run with. Deflector is another great choice. 

 

Ranged: Accatran Heavy Laspistol.  An excellent choice for pairing with Scriers imo. Your wrist will get tired, but the ROF is nice when you see the damage you can pull. Quick draw, quick reload, quickly running out of ammo...

-Ammo is an issue. I do run out, so be sure to melee when appropriate and remember you have assail. 

-Scary accurate. I can pop snipers easy with this thing. The issue is cleave (it has none ;~;). 

-No noticeable recoil lets you really nail those weak points. Just don't go shooting carapace with this thing.

 

Assail: I have such mixed feelings about all of psykers blitzes. This is no exception.  Warp splitting actually works with this. Not sure why I thought it wouldn't but here we are. This counts as a warp attack so its an easy way to regain toughness with Soulstealer. That's pretty much the only reason I take it. It helps immensely with ammo conservation as well.
