This is a post Magos Eisenhorn. Head busting, Enuncia shouting, Daemonhost commanding Eisenhorn. A lot of toughness. A touch of health, but he's old and he's only human, so no extra wounds, but some corruption resistence because his will is iron. Brain rupture because he's not Kys. Extra damage, no movement penalty because he's experienced, some wildfire for good measure. Extra damage against elites because Eisenhorn is a commander.
