So the idea is to constantly be refreshing the duration of Channeled Force and resetting sustained fire via a partial charged shot in the break up between refreshes.. spam this combo immediately to get your peril to 50% so you can enter scrier's gaze asap. DO NOT SAVE scrier's gaze.. always be using it. and try to keep it maintained to the point that it gets impossible and then let go and enter 10 seconds of free casting.. Be sure to enter 100% while mid charged shot or hold the shot for safety so that Warp Unbound cannot possibly glitch. The refresh rate of Scrier's Gaze is that it's basically always up the moment that Warp Unbound ends. This is easily the highest single target dps build possible for Psyker. the combined buffs of 234% are multiplicative giving you nearly 440% damage bonus on bolts after all the scaling.
