Description
Build I made specifically for my brother to help him level his new Arbitrator. Should be tanky af, light attack spam with minimal dodging/blocking skill should keep toughness topped off. Dog will be a great help with elites and specials. Use ability when overwhelmed, blitz when you see lots of enemies around your dog, and get out gun for snipers/bombers/flamers/trappers.
