10-25% Damage vs Electrocuted enemies.
7-10% Reload Speed for 4 seconds after Close Kill. Stacks 5 times.
So, why the 60 percent damage on the melee? Put it simply, your job with this build isn't to nuke with damage, leave that to the rejects they are better at it.
Your job with this build is to survive, debuff, and make sure your team is alive, this isn't a glory hog build that racks up numbers and damage.
This build is a stagger machine, especially with the MK VI melee, and since your constantly staggering you are constantly gaining toughness, I have out-regened tox bombers on Heresy missions. You can tank literally every hit in the game with this build, yes even Auric Havoc "Oh my god my balls are mush and my ass is a swamp" 40k, because the greatest (and likely to be nerfed) talent has been added to the game, True Git: All damage, no matter the source is capped at 50 max. So one-tapping crushers? no longer a thing. You might just out-tank ogryns with this, so be aware of potential Bullgryn jelousy.
