While not ideal, shooting from 0 ammo on the reload can be quite powerful and fairly quick thanks to reload speed increases and damage increase on reload.
Crushers, bulwarks and bosses are easy prey up close with weakspot hits. Hip shooting targets whilst in combat after popping Castigators stance can enable specalist kills easily even when swamped by hordes.
