Description
I have carried every game with this build. It's actually disgusting how good arbitrator is. The other classes either need buffs or this needs to be nerfed. Anyways if you came across this build by chance give it a shot. :)
You still need to pay attention, but lowkey just turn your brain off and swing/shoot stuff in the face.
