Description
- Designed for high-tier havocs, inspired by a ChocoB 'Arbites Tank' build
- Health curios to get max health to 300 so the 'True Grit' node is more effective
- health goes a longer way than toughness on Arbiter due to base levels
- 1 toughness curio plus all of the toughness/damage reduction in the tree is plenty for staying topped-off/healthy
- bolt pistol, with stagger on tree, has incredible aoe stagger even if shooting the ground
- is very effective at hip firing from melee weapon down range to just suppress shooters while you close the gap
- puncture is great chip damage and also helps for target tracking with dot indicator/damage ticks
- even though dog explosion bleed has been nerfed, the blessing explosion radius still applies and bleed stacks still apply, just not climbing to 16.
- shield blocks are not stamina-intensive now and can effectively block/block push anything, including ranged attacks and gunner fire
- this allows for constant forward pushing with the right dodges and push hits as you progress
