10-25% Damage vs Electrocuted enemies.
Gain a stack for each stamina spent blocking. Your next melee attack gains 4-10% strength per stack and consumes one stack. Last 3.5s. Stacks 5 times.
5-8% Strength every 0.4 seconds while aiming, stacking 5 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.
A build I didn't think would be nearly as fun as it ended up being, the 'double shield' build, with a focus on keeping the shield active as much as possible. Part of me wanted to go for Retaliatory Force as well, but you don't SUPER need the attack speed from hammer of judgement, and the opportunity cost is to great to go for something you'll probably only proc once or twice through out a mission, even if it is thematic (you're already forgoing a lot of the stagger related things to make this work, let alone dropping even more for a lack luster effect). SO! beyond that, as stated, this is 'the wall' build. Unlike the Havoc build, which focuses on maximizing DR on your person to make yourself a living immortal no matter what you're doing and letting your dog do most of the killing in the process. This build focuses on instead being a regen tank, gaining infinite sources of toughness regen through blocking, spending stamina, and being next to your dog/watching it kill things, to the point you basically becoming just as immortal, while doing a bit more damage to boot. This results in a playstyle where you're basically infinitely pushing forward with your shield up, taking shots as you're dishing them out with your Shotpistol, swapping to your melee as you get close, then smacking down with some big heavy hits as you stack up your damage. You constantly get fed stamina thanks to Rapid Movement, so you will basically never see your stamina break unless you tank a sniper shot/mauler/crusher overhead. And even then you get it back so fast it hardly matters and you can put your shield right back up again. This being the main reason I take Adamant Will, though the stun immunity is insanely helpful too. But being able to 'perfect block' things that are coming at you is insanely helpful as you hold the W key, and is also the main thing that 'synergizes' with a shield playstyle when it comes to keystones. Being able to activate forceful off blocked hits helps too, letting you keep up the extra attack speed and cleave along with 'Will of the Lex' giving you even MORE toughness regen, making you just physically unkillable. One can also take Judicial Force for that nice stagger wave, but I value Judicious Efficiency to much with the shot pistol to get rid of it (it's reload speed is just to slow/feels awful without that 20% bonus). Beyond that, everything else is pretty set in stone, make your dog kill everything with all the augments, get crit and weakspot damage because it's super useful and helps you break down armor using the shield without needing a stagger/Concussive, and grab cleave on push as you'll be doing that a fair amount, with Weight of the Lex for even more damage. All this together with the various other damage and move speed bonuses, and you'll zoom across the battlefield, and be basically untouchable while doing it. And if somehow you do take damage due to a few things just not going your way? Castigator Stance, now you're back to full toughness and nothing can hurt you, have fun. Main combo for the shield is push attack into a light heavy string, or going straight into a heavy light string from neutral for wave clear. Two heavies into a light heavy string is great for dealing with heavy armor, big overhead bonk into a shield tap letting you drop them pretty quick even without the stagger bonuses/rending. Getting your dog on anything helps to, procing High Voltage and making it die that much faster, or pointing at it with remote detonation for the same effect/wiping out a crowd. Everything here just feels good, you have infinite high amounts of toughness regen (basically a Psyker bubble amount and then some, given you got 5 + 5 + 5 + 2 + 5 = 22% toughness regen a second at any given time, on top of 5% per close range kill and DR for days. So you just can't get hurt, period, and that combined with a high damage hound and a high damage gun with a still really good damage shield, makes you feel like the 'true will of the lex'. About your only stop gap is a monstrosity, but the Shotpistol will still work it down quite quickly, so long as you're pelting it in the face. A build I wasn't thinking would be as fantastic as it is given the amount of damage it 'leaves on the table', but turns out anything can feel broken if you have enough regen. The fact most bits of damage just end up hitting a shield for no effect helps too, and you always have the 'suppression slap' to stun everything in front of you if need be (with actual incentive to charge it while getting ridiculous regen while you do so). It's a real amusing set up, and a perfect build for anyone looking to understand 'why everyone's complaining about Arbite's being op'. This, this is why, you can't die, and everything else, does. It does lots.
