I didn't know until I tried it, but High Voltage and Lightning Reflexes not only synergize well, but also can do so at range. I think with this setup, you can one-shot a sniper if you perfect parry its shot, especially since Target Priority will be procc'd. Also dogless, but that's your choice. And Nuncio could be swapped for whatever too, but I figured having it out for stun-immune Riot Shield shots is prob nice. And ofc, the stun is great in melee. I think the shield and pistol's blessing that isn't High Voltage could be whatever you fw
