If you bored by meta stuff, you must try this build. It's so much fun. 


All you need to know about core gameplay is that you use:


Knife: 47,5% Crit with Scriers Gaze
-Mobility
-Dealing with carapace armour and boosting DoT damage (Bleed, Infernus, soulblaze) with Uncanny strike
-Kite bosses
-Sustain Scriers gaze with By crack of bone. 


But you can also use Blaze Force Greatsword for more boss damage but less mobility
Perks: Carapace/Unyelding
Blessings: Precognition/Riposte

Or Maccabian Mk IV Duelling Sword because meta but I prefere Knife for mobility and bleeds
Perks: Carapace/Unyelding
Blessings: Thrust/Uncanny Strike


Recon: 32,5% Crit with Scrier
-Toughness generation with Quietude, Mettle and Tranquility through slaughter
-Invinsibility to ranged damage with Emphatic evasion
-Boss damage
-Sustaining Scriers gaze with Tranquility through slaughter
-Dealing massive damage with Infernus blessing boosted by Scriers Gaze and Warp rider

Assail:
-General clear speed because of global damage boost that talent tree provide and Perilous combustion (Trash needs 2 killed spec/elite in radius. Most of enemies 3 in radius)
-Ammo economy of your Recon, which also your defensive layer

Best Cdr that i could get on Scriers Gaze is 7 sec cooldown (With 10 sec lingering effect)
BUT
If your party have another psyker with Psykinetic's aura you literally can always be in Scrier Gaze

Empowered Psionics here mainly because of added flat damage and Scriers Gaze sustain because of 100%

Overall it's allrounder with tons of toughness sustain, damage and mobility
But has 2 Flaws
7 sec Scrier cooldown (But can be bypassed with Psykinetic's aura of other psyker)
And HUGE dependance on ammo
Once you lose your ability to shoot with your Recon - build looses half of its tankiness
But through all the time I spent on this build it happened one time
And it's not a GG situatuion
You just need to be extra careful
