I'm gonna use a scoreboard to see if born leader is worth. This build will change a bunch until I get the highest toughness restoring build.
It isn't gonna be particularly difficult to manage, its for lesser skilled players anyway.
The point is to constantly be supplying yourself and the team with toughness.
