I'm playing with this build for quite a while, and as I tested, it works perfectly fine as it is with slight changes. Perk tree became manageable

Huge note

This build is skill dependent. You won't be able to just take it at your freshly acquired 30 lvl and go straight kicking asses. It really requires plentiful of time to master and have a grip on

Playstyle

Melee
In theory it plays somewhat easy though. You run with Maccabian Mk IV Duelling Sword while abusing Master-Crafted Shroudfield + Inexorable Judgement . Firstly you goof around, movement stacks the main keystone; in order to have from 10 to 20, after that - use a shroud and wait for somewhat 3-4 seconds give or take; don't strike immediately so you can lower the cooldown for some time (trust me, you can actually feel the difference). If you didn't have right target to hit it's not a big deal - simply stab any beggar in order to have lowered cooldown timer and repeat it again. Against bosses it works spectacular, you don't even need sledgehammer for that
 

Ranged
You can freestyle in terms of any ranged weaponry. My personal preference is Artemia Mk III Purgation Flamer, which when you equip you through a dagger to speed-up the animation. Deals with hordes and especially spam of carapaced enemies which you don't really have immediate means of dealing with all the time
