This is a full melee build, use of the Laspistol is typically reserved for melting bosses, tapping snipers or for triggering empathic to rush shooters when engaging in melee is not available

FORCE GREATSWORD:

 Sub 30% warp resistance is optimal, granting you ~50% peril on activation.  40% warp resist will still get you enough peril for max venting shriek soul blaze but anything higher will require 3 activations for critical peril from 0

PLAYSTYLE: I prefer mk6 fgs as warp slash combos directly into heavy stab, excellent for staggering elites and specials for a following kill stab.

 Light light -> block cancel loop or light light light -> block cancel loop is your best horde clear combo, choice between the two is preference, their DPS is the ~same.

FGS power gauge is ignored in this build as you will want to spam the special at every opportunity. your warp slash is your instant peril generation, ranged stagger and sniping tool for kinetic flayer.

The goal is to have your peril maxed out at all times so every peril talent is capped (warp rider, warp splitting, immaterial focus) and with 45 crit chance at full ramp all your crit talents also have 100% uptime (mettle, perfect timing, empathic evasion

Since this is a melee build with soul blaze and warp slash spam, both halves of malefic momentum are 100% capped out in combat, provides a extremely chunky 25% bonus to all your damage
