CURIOS

Curios get Toughness stacked with Gunner Debuff and Stamina Regen. The current Meta revolves around Toughness with HP and Wounds. Keep checking Melt and the Armoury shops, and buy only Curios that have Toughness as their primary stat, and obviously as high as you can. Avoid spending on Melt until you are 30 and have unlocked Power Level 500.

WEAPONS - Melee

I've discovered the glorious speed and wid ranging crowd control ability of the Combat Knife, which by its diminutive size makes one think its merely a single target sneaky stabber, but the sheer awesome speed very nearly replaces any sweep alternate from a broader weapon.

The Devils Claw was my previous favourite although many recommend the Duelling Sword i enjoyed the Devils Parry ability and easily managable crowd controlling sweeps.

WEAPONS - Ranged

None of the guns are bad, but...how great is your aim? :)

Recon Lasgun gives you an awesome firerate effectively removing the requirement to aim well (cough), but also means you can just mow down hoards when the going gets tough and apply your Team Perks through this as well. You should focus on using your Melllee as much as possible though. Alternate guns would also mean you lose out on the SHOCK TROOPER Talent (gives ammo back when using Las), but could then use the Talent Point elsewhere.

A high DPS single target powermosh like the Bolter Pistol, especially when coupled to the Thunderhammer, will help you reach your Warhammery fantasies and feel like a Tiny Spacemarine a little more...But go ahead and run a mission or two with each and every one to try find what suites you and seems the most fun. With incredibly rare exceptions approaching Auric Difficulty, every weapon is perfectly viable.

TALENTS (wee)

Talents just go straight down middle to Krak Grenade which slowly recharges itself free, pop it on any armoured for insta kill. You can swop the two bottom right ticks even more dps for Auric damage or hunting event bosses, and save this as a secondary Loadout to swap to when needed.

Then the shout (VOICE OF COMMAND) knocks baddies on asses, regens AND doubles entire team in range's Toughness (makes bar yellow) for a short time AND (optionally) revives any flat team mates instantly (but then goes on bigger cooldown). The other choices are designed for niche builds, and while being a Ninja can be fun...it is unlikely in the current Meta your team with think highly of you only appearing to stab one dude now and then...

...the last unique is thing is if you Mark an enemy (FOCUS TARGET!), they take increased damage from all sources, and (optionally) if it dies  with the mark everybody gets 20% bonus damage for a while and regens Toughness

For Auric, you want Demo Team and Only in Death, there are other more effective options sub auric...but why waste time swapping around if you capable at that level....just do it :)
