Description
First ever Build on this platform, and i wanted to showcase something i put together all on my own. It's probably very similar to a couple other Psyker Melee builds, but only this build is made to be a bit more risky.
Loadout Explanation
A lot of this build circulates around the Covenant Mk VI Blaze Force Greatsword, as it's great for crowd control and can take down specials and elites pretty well. The added Carapace Armor damage, higher crit chance, and Kinetic Flayer makes dealing with enemies such as Crushers, Maulers, Plasma Gunners, and Scab Ragers much easier to deal with. Kinetic Deflection, Just a Dream, and Surety of Arms constantly give you Peril, which works well with the perks Warp Rider, One with the Warp, and Warp Splitting in stacking a lot of damage and toughness, which make you pretty damn unkillable. Brain Rupture also stacks a bunch of peril whenever you got to deal with enemies at range, and the revolver is just personal preference. You can easily swap it out for a Godwyn-Branx Mk IV Bolt Pistol or its other mark for better armor penetration. Though if you were to go with a revolver, take the Flak Armor and Crit Chance refinements and the Crucian Roulette and Point Blank blessings to stack that crit chance; or change to your preference. The Curios primarily focus on Toughness, while giving you one more Wound in case things get out of hand, though you can take more toughness if that's what you want. Disrupt Destiny is just to further increase damage and replenish toughness quicker.
Playstyle: Melee Frontliner
Go alongside your Zealot, Ogryn, or Arbites mates and just start swinging and blocking. Keep your peril high to keep the perks up and pop Scriers Gaze when you really need to get through a horde or stack on some damage.
Ending Notes
This build is still pretty WIP, but i am pretty proud of what i've got so far. I haven't tested this on Auric or Havoc yet, hence the Damnation tag.
