You can swap from Fury of the Faithful to Chorus of Spiritual Fortitude without any adjustments.

You can swap out from Blazing Piety to Inexorable Judgement by trading Thy Wrath be Swift, Unseen Blade, Desperation and Abolish Blasphemers for Toughness Damage Reduction, Movement Speed Boost, Hubris and Riposte

Even without Shroudfield you're still hitting stuff in the back or sides most of the time getting great mileage out of Backstabber and Unseen Blade unless of course you're the last one standing so an argument can be made to take them out for other points

Anoint in Blood if you want some gun damage or more specifically bolter damage but you dont need it. Your bread and butter is getting right at the face of hordes and bosses with your melee. Generally you're only using your ranged to snipe specialists or using a flamer. 

With that said, you can use any melee or ranged weapons you fancy and it'll work.

When not using the Artemia Mk III Purgation Flamer you can swap out the Blades of Faith for the Immolation Grenade.

You can use Shroudfield with this build but you need to ditch out Disdain, Desperation and Against the Odds so you can take both Master-Crafted Shroudfield and Invigorating Revelation missing out on Time to Kill. Time to Kill is not necessary unless you want to go for THammer boss 1-shots but for that just use a Martyrdom build instead.
