Description
Unyielding on staff is for reapers, though you can swap it out for carapace since we have a bubble shield and reapers get stunlocked by staff primary spam.
You don't need rending because voidblast staff has very high penetration already.
I don't use blitz in this build so take whichever you want.
Seer's Presence is obviously a better aura but this build is supposed to be a second choice if you already have a Rifthaven Mk II Inferno Force Staff psyker on your team.
It is NOT easy to score kills with Crystalline Will because of Empyric Resolve, but this wasn't my intention anyway, it's a safety layer.
