The concept of this build is to stealth behind a hoard of enemies, grab a knife kill or two (triggering cooldown reduction from perfectionist), and then as the enemies run away towards your team (because of -75% threat from master crafted shroudfield), you open up and mow them down with the boltgun. (benefitting from invigorating revelation to protect you from stragglers). 

Anything you don't kill from the boltgun will be bleeding, allowing a quicker clean up and higher crit chance with the knife thanks to scourge and blinded by blood. If you cannot get around an oncoming hoard for backstabs, then you can still open up with the boltgun to debuff them with puncture, making everyone bleed, and then blinded by blood boosts all damage your team mates and you do to the bleeding enemies by 15%. 

Shroudfield of-course is also really great for reviving your team and playing a very active support role, as well as offensive. 

I'm still experimenting with precise weapon blessings and perks. Your mileage will vary depending on team comp, map modifiers, and your play style.  You will need to use the throwing knife-cancelling trick to draw the boltgun quickly.
