Description
My off meta bleed zealot build. This isn't for havoc 40 perfectionists. Just a quick, hit and run playstyle.
We rely mainly on constant dodges and repositioning to keep us alive at high difficulties. Keep moving unless you want those stealth crushers to smack you into the ground.
We take Catachan Mk VI for general horde clear and elites. I prefer Mk VI for more of a horde clearing duty but the Mk III is good as well if you want to focus more on elite and armor with the 3 in a row strikedown heavy attacks. Goal is to play more of a support, hit and run style. We are keeping bleed stacked while running and dodging in and out attacking weakpoints.
For ranged weapon I either use Zarona Quickdraw Stub Mk lla OR can substitute it out for Godywn-Branx Bolt Pistol Mk IV with Perks being +15% damage to Carapace/Unyielding and Puncture and Gloryhunter for Blessings. The Bolt Pistol syncs well with pure bleed of knife with Puncture adding 4 stacks on hit. You won't be the groups primary anti-armor but you can still contribute damage when needed.
For hordes you can just dance dodge and push around them in a circle. It is pretty cut and dry, keep bleed stacked and don't get hit. For elites, specials and monstrosities just jump in and out targeting weak spots and keep bleed up.
Talent passives on top group we are taking Backstabber for +25% on Backstab or Flanking hits. Vicious Offering and Second wind for +toughness replenishment. Duelist for +finesse damage from dodging which we will be doing all the time.
Immolation as our Blitz mainly for zone or choke point control. Also comes in handy for Pox Hound Swarm modifier, can pre-nade the area where you will be fighting, if you or a ally gets pinned the damage will auto knock the hound off.
Second group of passives take Until Death for Fatal Damage invulnerability paired with Holy Revenant to regain up to 25% of the lost health when Until Death ends. Thy Wrath Be Swift is a nice get away passive for +movement speed after taking damage. Sustained Assault gives us +melee damage that stacks 5 times. Desperation stacks more melee damage based on how low Stamina is which syncs nicely with running and dodging all the time. Faithful Friendly because who doesn't love +Melee Attack Speed.
I personally take Benediction for a bit more Toughness Damage Reduction for more survivability.
Fury of Faithful I took instead of Shroudfield for it's ability to let us replenish Toughness in a emergency or close distance to ranged enemies. Unrelenting Fury helps recharge Fury of the Faithful, Redoubled Zeal gives up two charges of it and our Curios stack to give another +12% Ability Regeneration meaning you can just about spam Fury of the Faithful.
Down towards the bottom passives we take Scourge to add even more bleed stacks, Binding by Blood increase enemy damage taken while bleeding. Enduring Faith gives more Toughness Damage reduction on critical hits. Prime target gives us more survivability with +10 Damage and +15% Toughness for 5 seconds after Elite kill. I went to the bottom right tree to grab Hubris to get some damage resistance after weakspot kill and Relentless Fervor for Sprint Speed bonus and Sprint Speed cost reduction, along with the Slowdown immunity for a bit of added survivability.
Keystone I took Blazing Piety with Invocation of Death for even more Fury of Faithful cooldown, Righteous Warrior gives us more crit when in Blazing Piety and finally Stalwart for Toughness regen and Toughness damage reduction.
General modifiers I went with 2 that increase melee damage by +10% each, one that increase movement speed by 5% for map roaming and repositioning. One for a toughness boost and one for toughness damage reduction.
