Description
Strong Off-Meta build for Havoc, destroys everything in Melee with high DMG, takes out Specials and Ranged elites very quickly and reliably as well with the Branx MkVIII Dual Stub Pistols
Branx MKII Needle Pistol is the Meta pick and stronger than Branx MkVIII Dual Stub Pistols So take that if you want something more meta.
Can also take any fun ranged weapon you prefer to use though, personally enjoy Graia Mk VII Vigilant Autogun alot. (With Deadly Accurate + Opening Salvo )
Achlys combat axe variant is good too if you prefer it over Rashad. (Rashad better overall, Achlys is a bit better vs bosses, especially captains and twins with light attack spam.)
You can flex Hyper-Critical for something else if you want to, like Street Tough or Toxin Mania
