Divider

This is one of the strongest DPS builds in the game that can only be beat by animation canceling & venting Psykers or well tuned Hive Scum. Average Auric missions will have you doing at least a million damage by the end of the round.

WARNING: Very ammo reliant and has horrendous mobility but can be mitigated by skill and experience. Your melee ability must be up to par in the event there's no ammo to be had.

 

Ranged: 

You always want to be reloading to get the damage bonus from Withering Fire. Always prioritize marked targets from Execution Order. 

 

Melee:

Single Target: H -> H -> repeat

Horde: Push -> Heavy -> Light (or Heavy) -> Light -> repeat

 

Remote Detonation:

Use for horde clear, stun when getting teammates up, or to interrupt bosses (will force spit out ingested teammate inside Beast of Nurgle)

 

Elites:

Shoot the weak spots with ADS, otherwise shoot body to maximize pellet count. 

 

Carapace and Bosses:

If you have the ammo, the crit bonuses can shred through carapace trains. Otherwise, dog blitz and melee.

 

Toughness:

This is a glass cannon build compared to most Arbites. Your survival comes from constantly killing elites to trigger Target Neutralized and not getting hit. Castigator's Stance should be used offensively to delete elite groups rather than defensively. With practice, you can tank bosses with Remote Detonation giving you any necessary stuns/breathers.
