What it says on the tin. Survive. You can clutch super easy. Everything should be bleeding and electrified. Works best in tandem with a Bleed Ogryn and/or Smite Psyker. The one weakness is you don't do a lot of boss DPS, but you don't do a trivial amount either. It builds as you go. Get that dog on it and shock it. 

You have no weaknesses otherwise. Viable on Havoc 35 so far, but I'd be willing to bet it's level 40 capable. Maelstrom and the Mortis Trials are also fun with this build. Erases the lower difficulties.
