ok so this is mainly made to counter every problem u get in havoc, but you have some freedom to switch blessings and talents in maelstrom and under

strategy: spam bolt pistol shots on every enemy that doesnt have a shield. hordes, elites and bosses. the explosions will kill a horde cluster in about 3/4 hits, so a full clip will just about clear a horde group. use the rocket launcher for large elite packs, crusher packs and when a boss is mixed into a horde to strip him of allies. the direct boss dmg from the rocket is good, but the bolt pistol will do the trick without using up resources. for chiefs and twins switch to the tax. relentless strikes will close to max your damage on a chief shield and the basic lights will do enough damage with the crits to take down the twins. its not instakill like arbys, but thats also not your job.

breakpoints: doesnt matter but a crit headshot will kill a gunner. multiple shots on a single target is fine with this since it explodes things around it too so dont worry about it. breakpoints are not something that scums use anyway 

dangers: no matter how much invesment you pump into it, bolt pistol is always gonna have a long-ish reload time. you need to know when to get out of the danger zone to reload in any given scenario. you will be able to get a solid amount of damage resistance but your still just a scum and with minimal dodge talents. if you want to be more mobile you can always ditch quick and deadly (top middle) for jittery, up 2 u
