A super versatile build.   Primary role is over-watch, great for taking out snipers or large groups of various gunners.

Use shotgun to take down most specials in 2 shots, 1 shot if Writ of Execution is at max stacks.
The combat ability also makes you into a super tank... sniper shots don't matter... absorb full ogryn overhead... pox burster... nothing, outside of invulnerability, is tankier.  I usually save the ability for two purposes, 1) emergency use just before you're about to take a ton of damage, 2) if you need to shoot down more than one special, like when a bunch of snipers spawn on a Ventilation Purge mission.  It's fun just running around with speed boost, shooting specials in the face, not worrying much about damage.

Doggy stays at home for renewing shock mines which can stop a whole horde including Ogryns in their tracks.  Great for making space for revives or to deal with bosses and monstrosities, can also debuff them with shotgun special ammo.  Throw down shock mine if needed, hit things in the head with bonk stick, Skullcrusher's +40% damage decimates everything.  Right to left heavy swing is great for hordes but not required.  You can hold down a few Crushers/Maulers with the electric special attack of the Shock Maul alone, try to buy time for shock mine or ability activation or you can just risk it going for the kill directly.

If you'd rather use the Arbites Shock Maul, it should also be good.  It's attack pattern and horde clear is better but you lose the hard stun on alt attack:  Carapace, Unyielding, High Voltage and Thunderous.
