Description
Keep your Peril high constantly by opening engagements with Assail, jorking your Illisi Mk V Blaze Force Sword activation special or just taking any hits thanks to Just a Dream. Help your crit chance and toughness dmg reduction with Souldrinker, keep soulblaze damage relevant with Malefic Momentum and Uncanny Strike. Try to weakspot kill marked enemies to stack Disrupt Destiny quickly, its pretty easy to stay on 20-25 stacks in dense engagements. Use Venting Shriek with 100% peril to drop large waves of Ragers, they are your biggest threat in melee (hence the staggering Shriek instead of Scrier's Gaze). Cross Gunners and Reapers killzones safely by spamming crits with a laspistol thanks to Empathic Evasion, alternitavely take Deflector instead of Slaughterer on your Force sword and take Vulnerable Minds instead of Evasion. Kill Crushers and Maulers with activated heavy in the head, you can twoshot Crushers and oneshot Maulers on high Disrupt Destiny stacks. Bosses are not your priority, just magdump laspistol from a close range into a weakspot or clear the arena from a horde to give your team some space to focus on the boss. Though Vulnerable Minds, high Peril and and high Disrupt Destiny stacks can make your melee boss damage relevant, also you can swap Maniac perk on your Sword to Unyielding. Build is viable for Maelstrom and High int-shock gauntlet Aurics, didnt test it in Havoc.
