MANDATED EDICT: BALLS REMOVAL BY CYBER-MASTIFF
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Tank everything, bash skulls. And watch your Mastiff interrupt everything that wants to murder you. This build is about doing as much damage as possible and as well help your team get more Toughness.
You can light attack everything to death if you are lazy, just remember to do a heavy attack every 5s to trigger Weight of the Lex.
The most efficient is to do the Light+Heavy combo for clearing hordes. For big targets do Heavy + Light. That's it. As long you are hitting things your toughness will never go down.
Use your shotgun to snipe any specials, or clear a group of shotgunners that are bunch together like clowns getting out of a car.
For Blitz I recommend Remote Detonation, grenades are very scarce in Havoc, and might as well let other classes that can't regenerate blitz pick them up.
High Voltage synergies with Voltaic Mandibles Augment and Remote Detonation/Voltaic Shock Mine.
If you are having problems with The Blight Spreads and Pox Gas havoc modifier you might want to pick up Rebreather by swapping out Monstrosity Hunter and Street Smarts, and get either Soulguilt Scan or Target the Weak. Soulguilt Scan is the better option, stacks, last for 10s and you can always go for weakspots but you wont be always hitting staggered enemies. I've ran this build without Monstrosity Hunter and still performs well, just takes a bit more effort to kill big things.
You can swap Walk It Off for Man and Cyber-Mastiff, I haven't found much difference between those.
Dog value
Not Far Behind has nice uptime, specially with Unleashed Brutality which makes the dog AI go after things more often. Voltaic Mandibles Augment and Razor-Jaw Augment paired with the extra damage of Unleashed Brutality, makes the dog kill things faster and be free to pounce again and refresh Not Far Behind and Canine Morale.
Your team will benefit out of your mastiff killing things with Canine Morale and Part of the Squad
And considering the amount of Elites and specials in Havoc, the dog has plenty of targets to pounce to. If you don't like it, you can either pick Target Priority, Efficient Killer, Target the Weak or Suppression Protocols for more Tankyness.
