Notes:
Damagemaxxing. Manually cycle the Relic Blade (RB) off every once in a while to prevent overheat. If you do overheat throw a grenade, start shooting things, try to run away until sword is ready again. Never stop moving, you can feel when you bump into stuff, including enemies sneaking up on you. Learn the RB's attack pattern and know how to use it when not powered up. I prefer Melee Weakspot Damage over Unyielding Damage to maximize carapace damage (Crushers are the real threat), helps with hordes too since the Mk X has perfect horizontal swings. Attack speed is very important, that's why Punish Impiety paired with the stamina boost of Zealous aura is a must. I'm considering running Backstabber over Purge the Unclean. Shield of Contempt is underrated, it applies to you and allies, it prevents double taps. Yeah, we know, "get good" but double taps do happen. It also helps with revives, that with Providence and preemptively staggering surrounding enemies with BP is all you need for it, allowing you to get a lot more out of your curios. Against the Odds is also needed, cleave is life. Cleave also applies to ranged weapons as well, meaning... snipers can no longer hide behind their friends.
Bolt Pistol (BP) is the most important part, no doubt. Use it to counter-snipe, great at taking out snipers. Use it to proc bleeds on melee targets in order to start build Scourge stacks quickly and maintain them. Use it to control the battle field, interrupt enemies, or slow their roll. Lethal Proximity is great at staggering entire hordes or elites/specials to give yourself breathing room, also increases the radius of your grenades (just make sure you have the BP out when you throw). I wish I could go up to 80% on collateral but the movements speed is more important. Anytime you're trying to move fast switch to the BP, the RB's sprint and slide is slow AF. Also note, there seems to be a way to sprint-slide over and over where reload animation is cancelling the slide recovery, still trying to verify.
This build does everything but healing, and BP is a little ammo hungry for overwatch role. All-in-all a powerhouse.
