Description
The Electrokinetic is actually a great well-rounded staff if you are able to position yourself properly. Unlike the inferno staff, you are able to snipe enemies at a distance if your veteran is occupied/asleep at the wheel. Keep your peril above 80% and when you hit 100% peril make sure you are facing the largest nearby mob and pop venting shriek. The DOT will do it's magic while you are providing cc by swapping targets often and then the top left of your screen will be filled with your name and you will feel like your weiner is made of granite.
Your melee weapon, the combat knife allows you to be super mobile while still having a strong shove mechanic to create space when needed. Can one-shot charging mutants when you have kinetic flayer available. You would be using your knife much outside of movement tech and blocking attacks if you get separated from your team.
Curios should really be whatever you are comfortable with, I like to run 2x toughness as well as a health curio. I have found that the health curio makes it less likely to get one-shot by a lone pox-burster but the case can be made for another toughness curio or even a stamina curio depending on the user skill level. In a perfect world you are not going to be the person reviving teammates, but nonetheless in high havocs most people would agree that it is wise to bring at least one curio with +revive speed.
