Description
This build is also EXCEPTIONAL BURST and sustained with easy mode peril management.. very easy to build 30 stacks and then dump it as fast as possible. you never have to worry about not having scrier's available. Also a very stronk anti-armour build.. the combination of high charge rate with 20% rending just destroys groups of armour pretty quick.
