Description
This build is also EXCEPTIONAL BURST and sustained.. it's the only build with DD where I run perfectionism and cruel fortune.. if played right it's very easy to maintain 25 stacks.. because high charged voidstrike shots with this much finesse PENETRATE HARD.. so you can easily blast the heads of targets in the thick of it at range.. and heads give 2 stacks.. making it very easy to sustain. This build scales massively with density.. the more there is.. the more you kill. It's honestly one of if not Psykers highest damage build possible. like anything Voidstrike though.. it takes far more skill than any other kind of build.
