GOTHBABES META HAVOC 40 PSYKER BUILD

This is the Psyker build every is happy to see on the team. The double bubble flame staff purge everything. 

What's special about this one is Warp Ghost Empyric Resolve & Battle Meditation all working together to keep your PERIL level very very easy to manage. 

I found with a lot of flame staff builds, I was accidentally blowing myself up with high peril because it scaled so quickly and with Bubble you don't have Scriers Gaze or Venting Shriek to dump peril. 

With these talents your Peril will build and deplete slowly, which makes it easier to worry about. Battle Meditation will keep it in that 70-90% with high hordes and can even save you from the accidental overload/jihad. 

I literally almost never cast brain rupture, im just taking it for Kinetic Flayer - it's a must. know builds dont take it but its just so good and visuallly satisfying. 

MELEE WEAPON NOTICE:

You should rarely be melee'ing with this. It's probably better to take Maccabian Mk IV Duelling Sword (with Uncanny Strike and Agile) instead of Blaze FGS tbh, since a lot of the talents FGS benefits from we aren't taking in this build, as its meant to maximize the power of your Inferno staff.
