Technically speaking, it's 100% ranged crit build (10% base Veteran crit + fully charged shot which gives us 4 stacks of Surgical with 60% charge rate stat + Deadshot + Reciprocity ).

Cadia Mk XIIIg Assault Chainsword has been chosen because it has higher rev damage in comparison to Cadia Mk IV Assault Chainsword . 
For horde use:                                                  L(1)>L(2)>L(3)>H(3)>L(3)>L(4)>PA>L(3)>L(4)>Loop.

Shorter horde combo:                                    L(1)>L(2)>L(3)>H(3)>L(3)>Loop.
(Last 2 attack loops)
Even shorter horde combo:                           PA>L(3)>H(3)>L(3)>Loop.
(Last 2 attack loops)
When overwhelmed fastest combo:            PA>L(3)>Repeat.

For elite targets use:                                       Lucius Mk IV Helbore Lasgun SA>Q>L(1)>H(2).
Fastest:                                                              L(1)>H(2)>BC>Repeat.
Slower but higher damage:                            H(1)>H(2)>BC>Repeat.
Heavy rev special to "quickly" deal with specialists (If you decided to use it against Scab Mauler and Scab Plasma Gunner , then aim at their body or limbs, because carapace armored head is too much for it. Mk13g has only vertical rev heavies, but it's still possible to land them in the center mass. In addition, Scab Plasma Gunner has unarmored arms).

Use grenades to deal with Crusher , but if you can't hit top part of Bulwark 's head that's peeking above the shield or if you're too close to them, then don't elaborate on matter and show them fully exploding metal egg.
