Note: this build might struggle a bit in your hands if you have a final toll mission. the stagger on the secondary is ineffective on berserking enemies. it is advised to not run this if you have it as a modifier.

This is about as optimal i could get with the electrokinetic staff for high havoc play without throwing outright. Definitely viable, very powerful; but requires a solid team and works best when paired with another psyker running shield. 

This build is all about killing elites, namely ogryns; you will destroy bulwarks and can handle crusher packs effectively. You will spend 99% of your time on this build spamming the Nomanus Mk VI Electrokinetic Force Staff 's secondary fire into elites and whatever else you can hit - use Venting Shriek into hordes when you need to make space or when your peril is high so you can keep spamming. On bosses or priority targets, spam your primary fire to activate Empyric Shock for a very substantial damage increase. 

Your melee is pretty much a mobility stick exclusively: use the movement tech on the knife to reposition and STAY WITH THE TEAM. Uncanny Strike is pretty non-negotiable as a blessing, but Riposte can be swapped for whatever else you might want. 

(the Maccabian Mk IV Duelling Sword can also be used in place of the combat blade: the blessings and perks will remain the same)

Stay with your team, do damage, and don't get hit. It is advised that you run this build with a group that you trust; higher havoc groups may not let you join if you're running this unless they know that you're really good. understand your limits and always play into your team.
