The weapon choices are really up to you, most of them work alright on Arbites. I like using Arbites Shock Maul or Shock Maul and Suppression Shield, with basically any gun. I like the Subductor Shot pistol and Riot Shield a lot for blocking bullets, and its relatively good specialist/gunner killing abilities.

You can swap Walk It Off and the TDR node under it for Shield Plates and the melee damage node if you want.

Can swap a node for Retaliatory Force if you can remember to perfect block enough. Also might want Zealous Dedication > Soulguilt Scan if you can spare points (they both act kind of like regular ~15% damage buffs do). Strike Down is also good (only useful against bosses/carapace though).

Rebreather is useful. Not super important/required normally, but is almost required to even slightly enjoy missions with modifiers that cause more pox/tox gas.

True Grit is nice if you are worried about oneshots/massive chunk damage from things like Snipers, Poxbursters, Crusher/Mauler overheads etc. but is not really needed, and you can swap it for Drive Them Back if you want more cleave.
