Divider

THE VOIDBLADE is a melee-focused Psyker build, utilizing the Force Greatsword's excellent damage capabilities into all enemy armour types, whilst offering significant team support/utility with the Telekine Shield ability. 

 

RECOMMENDED WEAPONS:

Melee: Force Greatswords 

Ranged: Bolt Pistols, Las Pistols

 

BLITZ: ASSAIL

Assail provides easy-access peril generation & is also effective at dealing with loose shooters. Generating and maintaining high levels of peril boosts our overall damage (Warp Rider & Unstable Power) and survivability (One with the Warp). 

 

ABILITY: TELEKINE SHIELD 

Telekine shield brings significant team utility acting as both shooter cover and area denial for specialists (specifically mutants, poxbursters). We take both modifiers here, adding strong utility to the ability with 2 max charges and a 20% chance to electrocute enemies that pass through the shield (this is a 100% chance for specialist enemies). Combined with a relatively short base cooldown of 40s, use this ability whenever it's available to take space and/or deny enemy pathing. 

Tip: Poxbursters can occasionally just walk through the shield without getting bounced/stagger (they are just the jankiest of enemies) and Trapper nets can sometimes pierce the shield. Keep this in mind as despite how useful the shield is, it can be unreliable. 

 

KEYSTONE: DISRUPT DESTINY (DD)

DD provides strong offensive & defensive buffs and we opt for Lingering Influence & Cruel Fortune to maximize the uptime.

 

ALTERNATE TALENTS: 

This talent tree is 30/30 and is my preferred way of running this build.

To free up talent point(s), I'd suggest dropping: Just a Dream.

The curios listed above are my preference for this build however this is based on how I like to play. 

Use whatever best fits your playstyle however I find the most value in the set ups below, YMMV:
