Munitorum Mk II Relic Blade Carapace x Flak Perks with Rampage x Cranial Grounding Blessings
Catachan Mk IV "Devil's Claw" Sword Flak x 5 Critical Hit Chance Perks with Skullcrusher x Shred Blessings
Orestes Mk XII Assault Chainaxe Flak x Carapace Perks with Slaughterer x Headtaker Blessings
Pocket Pick:
Munitorum Mk III Shock Maul Flak x 5 Critical Hit Chance Perks w Skullcrusher x High Voltage Blessings. Make sure to swap Riposte for Purifying Hatred, damage bonus is essentially the same (15%) but is much easier to get because of Electrocution-on-Stagger effect of the Shock Maul.
Additional Notes: Backstabber talent is also an option instead of Riposte for most of 1h weapons, specially DS/Knife.
