Electrocution CC Toughness aura bot; pump toughness to yourself and Allies in Coherency via Power Overflow (this distributes the wealth and is the most important passive), Entropic Transfer, Voltaic Restoration, Power Redistribution Uplink, Binary Ballistics Protocol, Superior Defence Engrams and Resurgence.  Toughness regen speed on your curios gives a nice passive flat boost for yourself and if Allies run them too it'll effect them also. 

 

Constant Electrocution via Arc Rifle itself, Shock Maul (or Arc Maul is pretty viable too), Voltaic Emitter and Power Overload. Flux Conduit Build-Up generates more capacitance for ability use via crits and that again synergises with Power Redistribution Uplink. 

 

Galvanic Marking Array pairs nicely with Last Stand Relay to give you nice crit chance (also roll it onto your Arc Rifle) and constant damage uptime and synergises with what I've already said above.  

 

Assassination Protocols is just a nice buff for what is essentially boss damage and means that you will not struggle with anything enemy wise whilst using the Arc Rifle as it just absolutely rips through anything the game throws at you. 

 

Side note - Inspiring Barrage  is not necessary and I'm still trying to test the effects but I theorised it's potentially useful for more toughness pumping to Allies.
