Your melee is incredible strong with this build, between Claw and the high crit cause infinite cleave with the Transonic Blades, so just treat the Rifle as a Anti-Specialist Sniper - you can line up fun 1 shot 20+ kills with Man Stopper

This build works excellent with the Phosphor pistol as well

You can even drop Gunsmith & Ammo-Cell Augury and pickup Ablative Wards for Blight or Purgator Servo-Skull , anything you'd like obvi
