Description
Why this build?
Because leveling sucks and Skittles are as flimsy as Hivescum and Psykers when their toughness is down. This build assumes you are newer and you don't get anything else besides using the Branx Mk III Arc Maul and Branx Mk CV Galvanic Rifle . Perks and blessings are SUGGESTIONS and only mandatory perks are the 10% EXPERIENCE perks on Curios (this is a leveling build). This is primarily for the first levels and not for endgame to minimize the pain of the early levels and lack of talent points and Curio perks for safety.
Where to start? (first 6 levels)
My advice, if you so choose to follow this guide, is as follows:
- Start down the tree and get Servo-Core Recharge Engine and Progressive Plating Matrix
- Go down left and grab Uncapped Arrestor and Slaughter Protocol
- Take the purple Keystone Flensing Protocols and Enhanced Capacitance Protocols modifier.
These first 6 talents give you decent toughness regen and instill good habits early (hitting weakspots) for melee, which is where many players lose their toughness the most. Flensing Protocols with the modifier gives a nice safety net to maintain damage/dmg reduction buffs.
After level 5-6
- Go up the tree and get Auto-Repair Doctrines and Galvanized Coating
- Go left and grab System Shock and Retribution Conduit
- Get your upgraded ability Voltaic Emitter and the improved Aura Resurgence in whichever order.
Blitz/Grenade choices (after level 10-12)
This build gives you choices in what to pick for blitz/auras. You can easily swap them to progress penances. Foe-Render Creed is available to be swapped and chosen early if desired.
- To get Arc Grenades blitz:
- Get Weakness Analysis Doctrine and for higher difficulties above Malice, the modifier Enhanced Arc Grenades
- To get the shield blitz Integrated Refraction Emitter
- Go down the tree and get Sustained Assault Doctrine and the modifier Overcharged Refraction Emitter. (Optional) Get Kinetic Repulsion if you still get hit frequently in melee.
- To keep the Artificer Servo-Skull blitz:
- Go straight left from the middle of the tree and grab Power Redistribution Uplink , Residual Current Buffer , and Omnissian Recharge Litany
Now what?
Finish leveling! Again, feel free to use the talent tree above and fill in the talents after getting what you want.
