Description
Melee loop for horde clear is pretty straightforward - push into spam heavies, or light 1/1+2 then spam heavies.
Muties, ragers, maulers, vanguards and ranged elites are quickly dispatched with Heavy 1+2 into block cancel.
Voltaic emitter whenever you're faced with more than a few melee elites or need to wipe an ambient spawn or shooter group quickly to progress to the next. Bulwarks or reapers you want to prioritise because they either slow your snowball and therefore toughness regen, or quickly take your toughness, respectively, hence the unyielding + elite on your ranged. Phosphor blast pistol is also good, and will have better boss damage if you build up burn stacks with crit while ADS + burn on crit blessings.
Your charge building comes from everything buffing your melee weapon - weakspot kills on horde with the heavy spam gets all 3 of your active capacitance recharges going. If you want even more drop the damage on push (channelled motive force) and pick up elite kills give 5% capacitance under flensing protocols (higher purpose.)
If you take enough damage to reduce your flensing protocols, you regen capacitance quick enough that letting off a quick voltaic to regen charges won't bother your dps or survivability.
The higher difficulty you go, consider dropping sequenced charge and channeled motive force for arc grenades to help deal with extra melee blobs between voltaic charges if need be.
