Ranged build for the Galvanic Rifle (or any preferred ranged weapon, really). Primarily leans into ranged talent nodes and capacitance generation to maximize uptime of Advanced Combat Doctrines. 

The Galvanic Rifle by itself is capable of a one-shot headshot to all specials and elites, except of course Maulers, Plasma-Gunners, and Ogryns. Pacing your shots and ensuring you land those HVT kills allows perks and talents like Pinpointing target, Rad-Sink, Galvanic Marking Array and Calculated Priority to help push a few breakpoints on these tougher enemies.

Mechanicus Power Sword is just there as a reason for me to use it on a build rather it being left unused, so ultimately it's your preference on melee tools.
