Voltaic Emitter will increase your attack speed as well as increasing damage done and jamming weapons
The Laser Skull will have a lot of capacitance to assist and set on fire.
Medicaid Skull could be swapped out for another talent if you like.
The Arc Rifle does great damage, you could swap a blessing for charmed reload if you want reload while shooting.
